I can’t imagine my life without sport – it defines me and the way I live. Taking up sport full time was the best career move I ever made and I’m lucky that I was able to take it to a professional level and do what I love every day –some people don’t get that privilege, that’s why the Typhoo Sports For All is such an important initiative
English Federation of Disability Sport (EFDS) is the national body responsible for developing sport for disabled people in England. We work closely with the six National Disability Sports Organisations (NDSOs) recognised by Sport England to develop sporting opportunities for the 11 million disabled people in England:
