Accredited by Quest at Execellent level until August 2021 . Finchley Lido provides an 80 station state-of-the art gym and studio, operating 32 fitness classes per week. The centre has a new designated gym membership lounge with kiosk and entry system. When the pool reopens in 2020 following refurbishment works a new pool pod will be installed.

The junior fitness sessions are fully supervised and are available for 11-15 year olds in the form of eight weekly sessions across weekdays and the weekend. Within these sessions, juniors can enjoy full use of the caridovascular equipment in a safe and structured environment whilst achieving a fulfilling work out.

Finchley Lido also plays host to  a comprehensive learn to swim programme which caters for all agesand abilities including disability via means of group and one-to-one sessions whether it's a toddler, child, adult and older adult the centre can cater for you. The gym area is set on the second floor. There is an accessible lift to gain access from the ground floor. In addition there are unisex accessible changing facilities located on the ground floor complete with accessible shower.
