Tennis Foundation Tournament Director, Liz Terry, said:

“We have another strong draw at this year’s Bolton Indoor Wheelchair Tennis Tournament and we are looking forward to an exciting five days of competition. We are delighted to be back in the North West and would encourage all spectators to come down and watch some world class sport.
“We are also really proud to be hosting a junior wheelchair tennis camp on the finals day on Saturday and we are hoping that these junior players take inspiration from the many world class players on display.”

Stuart Kay, Tennis Manager at USN Bolton Arena, said:

“We are delighted to be hosting such a prestige tournament again especially after the fantastic year GB wheelchair players have had. It is a great opportunity for the general public to come and see the world’s best playing at USN Bolton Arena.”

The Bolton Indoor will be the second international wheelchair tennis tournament in the North West in successive weeks, with many of the players set to arrive in Bolton straight from the ITF 3 Preston Indoor Tournament.
